Shipping & Returns

ORDER PROCESSING

Your order status will say "Unfulfilled" until your package ships. Once your package is shipped, the status will be changed to "Fulfilled" and you will be able to track your package by logging into your customer account, or clicking on the link in the shipment notification email. Typically, items that are in stock will be shipped within 3 BUSINESS DAYS (Monday-Friday) maximum of order date. Pre-order items have estimated ship dates depending on the individual item. Pre-order items that are purchased on the same order with already in-stock items will be shipped together in one package at the time the pre-order ships. If you would like your in-stock items to ship before the pre-order, please place a separate order. In the event that your item becomes backordered, you will be contacted by a customer service representative about how you would like to proceed. Orders ship out Monday through Friday. Depending on what you select as your method of shipping and where you live in the U.S. (for domestic shipping), an order may take up to 13 business days to reach you. Knocked Loose does not have access to additional tracking information beyond what you see when you track your package.

*Please note: Knocked Loose cannot be held directly responsible for lost or stolen packages with tracking status of "Delivered." Please enter a shipping address that is secure and reliable for delivery to ensure you receive your package. Knocked Loose cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to invalid addresses provided by the customer. If a valid address is requested and not provided, we will hold an order until a valid address is provided, or ship to the address initially provided and then confirmed by the customer. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct and valid when placing an order, as requesting confirmation for an invalid address extends fulfillment and shipping times.

Below is a guideline of our shipping times based on times estimated by the shipping service. We cannot change or make an exception for the shipping services and prices offered on our site. We cannot waive customs taxes by putting your order as a gift. If your country has said taxes then you are required to pay them.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

United States Postal Service (USPS) Shipping:

    • Eastern US: 3-5 Business Days
    • Midwestern US: 4-7 Business Days
    • Western US: 5-9 Business Days


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we ship international orders via USPS. We continue to seek out competitive pricing for other international shippers to provide you with the best possible shipping options.

While a tracking number is provided for every package, sometimes tracking numbers only provide tracking information until the package leaves the United States. In this event, no updated tracking information is available once the package has left the U.S. International orders typically ship within 3 BUSINESS days of ordering and can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive at their destination. Depending on customs and where you live it can take up to 90 days.

Knocked Loose does not have access to additional tracking information beyond what you see when you track your package. Please allow ample amount of time for your delivery of your international package, due to customs processes and dispatch to remote residential locations. By completing a purchase on our site you are agreeing to adhere to any delays or complications impacting the delivery of your package due to shipping processes that are the responsibility of the respective country we are shipping to. It can be typical for your tracking to appear "stuck" or not updated for several weeks between the time frame of it arriving in the destination country and being delivered to the shipping address. Please be patient during this time frame since it is more than likely that the package will arrive. Also, please stay alerted to any notifications for attempted delivery or pickup left by your respective postal carrier so that the item does not get returned back to us for not being called for or customs fees not paid. If the package is returned to us, and you would like to cancel the order, we are only able to refund the items, and not the shipping. We are happy to re-ship the package to you, but that would require you to send the funds so that we can ship the package a second time.

Please note: Knocked Loose cannot be held responsible for lost international packages.

 

PACKAGE PROTECTION and CLAIMS

Package Protection is an optional add-on shown in the cart that helps cover your order if it’s lost or damaged while in the carrier’s care, or missing after delivery. 

If you add Package Protection, we’ll help you resolve eligible shipping issues faster with a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and review of the claim.

What’s Covered

Package Protection applies to shipping-related issues only, including:

Lost in Transit

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, or tracking hasn’t updated for:
    •    7 consecutive days (domestic)
    •    14 consecutive days (international, if applicable)

Damaged in Transit

If your items arrive damaged due to shipping handling (documentation required).

Delivered, But Missing

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package, we can help — and we’ll guide you through the steps needed to review the claim.

What’s Not Covered

Package Protection does not cover:
    •    Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
    •    Address changes requested after an order has shipped
    •    Carrier delays (weather, peak shipping periods, customs delays, etc.)
    •    Packages refused, returned to sender, or not picked up from a carrier hold location
    •    Damage caused after delivery (use, washing, wear-and-tear, etc.)
    •    Ordering mistakes, sizing issues, or change-of-mind returns
    •    Claims submitted outside the timelines listed below

Claim Timelines + What We Need

To keep this fair and efficient, all claims must be submitted within these timeframes:

Damaged Packages

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
    •    Photos of the damaged item(s)
    •    Photos of the box/packaging
    •    A photo of the shipping label

Delivered, But Not Received

Contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.

Before submitting a claim, we recommend:
    •    Checking around your delivery location (doors, mailroom, garage, etc.)
    •    Asking neighbors/household members
    •    Contacting the carrier directly (packages are sometimes scanned early)

For some orders, we may request additional confirmation, such as:
    •    A signed non-receipt statement (we provide it)
    •    Carrier delivery details (when available)
    •    A police report number for higher-value orders

This helps us verify claims and keep Package Protection available for everyone.

Lost in Transit

Contact us once tracking has shown no movement for:
    •    7 days (domestic)
    •    14 days (international, if applicable)

What Happens Next

Once we review and approve your claim, we’ll offer one of the following:
    •    A replacement if available (same items/design as the original order)
    •    Store credit
    •    A refund (when replacement isn’t possible)

Replacements depend on availability and production capacity.
If an item is no longer available, we’ll offer a comparable option or credit.

A Few Important Notes
    •    Package Protection applies one time per shipment
    •    Replacement orders match the original order details (same items, sizes, artwork, and print specs)       

We may deny claims if:
    •    Required documentation isn’t provided
    •    The carrier confirms delivery to the provided address
    •    Claim activity appears excessive or unusual

If Package Protection Was Not Added

If Package Protection is not selected at checkout, we’ll still try to assist where we can — but once a package is in the carrier’s possession, replacements/refunds are not guaranteed for loss, theft, or delivery disputes.

For domestic (US) orders, customers may file claims for lost orders depending on shipping option selected. USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail qualify for insurance coverage, and a claim may be submitted via USPS. For uninsured packages, customers may file a Missing Mail Search with USPS. International customers with lost packages are encouraged to file claims with local delivery providers, which differ from country to country. Knocked Loose is not required to accept claims for any orders without package protection.
